Are your guards competent enough for specialised security?

We have our own Training School with full time Instructors. On joining, all personnel have to qualify in a 7-days basic induction course. This is followed by two days assignment training.

During the first week on the assignment sufficient number of trainers are made available to oversee the functioning of the guards. Performance is reviewed daily and the mistakes, if any, are rectified.
