these systems only authorised persons are allowed access to a particular
area / or areas of a building. Door Access Systems

Retina
Based Door Access System
This device pre-stores the person's eye colour and its other
physical features. When the person has to pass through a door,
it scans his retina, matches it with the data stored and only
then the door gets opened.
Palm Based Door Access System
Here the person has to place his palm over the reader which
on finding it similar to the one stored allows the person's
entry.
Finger Scan Door Access System
This state of art door access system which is completely
fool- proof, as it identifies the finger prints and allows
the access to only authorised persons.

Magnetic Swipe Card System With or Without Coloured Photo-Id Laminated
Cards
Here one has to insert a tamper-proof photo ID card
into a reader which scans it and only then the person can enter
the premises. These systems can work with or without computer connectivity
and can be further used for Time Attendance with Pay Roll Accounting
facility.
Proximity Door Access System
This device is suitable for colder climates, when people prefer
to keep their hands inside the pocket. Here the person is given
an instrument, usually shaped like a pen which is connected with
the device on the door. For example, when the person is 18 inches
(approx.) from the door, the device on the person's pocket is scanned
by the reader on the door, and only then person can enter the premises.
Semi Proximity Door Access System
Functionally same as the proximity door access system, except that
here the range is upto 6 inches (approx.)
Numeric Locks With Pin Facility From
AEI, Japan
These locks which are used widely in brief cases,
can also be installed at the door. Here the person has to enter
a particular code like 123 and only then the door can be opened.
Automatic Sliding
Gates Barriers/Automatic Sliding Doors
These are used in airports, railways and big hotels and in those
industries where sanitized and dust free environment is very essential
e.g. pharmaceutical, software, food packaging etc.
