TRAINING We provide a three - tier training to our staff, which consists of the basic induction course, assignment training (on-the-job) and refresher course. The details of these courses are given below : Basic Induction Course This is a two weeks full time course covering the following subjects amongst others

	Drill		How to wear the Uniform
	Duties : Static / Patrolling		Receiving a Visitor
	How to stop thefts and pilferages		Fire Prevention and Control
	Law relating to Security		Reporting
	Action in case of Emergencies / Incidents		Health and Safety

Assignment Training

Assignment training is imparted at the clients premises so that the staff can carry out the duties in accordance with the instructions without close supervision

Refresher Training

After six months of service, the guards undergo a refresher course to remedy their mistakes, if any, and revise important subjects like fire safety and dealing with emergencies

Training of Supervisors

Besides the basic induction training, supervisory staff has to qualify in a short course on "Functions of Supervision". This is a one week full time course covering the following aspects among others :

	Functions of Supervision		Duties : Static / Patrolling Supervisor
	Investigation and report writing		Vigilance Functions
	Site Instructions		Rostering
	Man Management
